Carl E. Underwood, III received his Bachelor of Science degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Troy State University. Following his graduation, he attended law school at the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was a Hugo Black Scholar and a member of the Alabama Law Review.
Carl has been practicing law in Alabama since 1990. Since graduating from law school, he has focused primarily on representing plaintiffs regarding personal injury, automobile accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation.
He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and has handled numerous cases throughout the state of Alabama. Carl has been admitted to practice in all circuit and district courts in the state of Alabama, as well as the United States Federal District Courts in Alabama.
